After-sales guarantee
1. The main unit of the CNC machine tool is free to repair for one year, and the CNC system is guaranteed for two years (excluding abnormal usage situations); after the warranty period, free service is still provided (excluding replacement and repair parts).
2. Supply of consumable parts, spare parts, and accessories at cost price (outside the warranty period);
3. Free consultation services for processing technology and programming;
4. If the equipment malfunctions, the seller will respond within 2 hours and provide phone guidance to help the buyer troubleshoot. If the issue cannot be resolved, the seller will arrive at the buyer's site within 18 hours;
5. After the warranty period, the seller will still provide free after-sales service;
6. If the user moves the equipment within two years, the user will bear the costs of transportation and installation, while the seller will provide free guidance for debugging;
7. Regular usage status tracking service, with occasional follow-ups with users.
